Great. What a relief - a gain this week. Maybe not enough (0.2kg) but a gain nonetheless. You see, I knew I was back on track. It's so ratifying to see my efforts translated into pounds.

Congratulations on the gain! Good for you. I am proud of you, Lizzie. You are moving in the right direction. Now - time to ramp it up a bit!! YOu can do it.
Well done Lizzie! I knew it would be tough for you this week with Hannah away so I'm especially impressed you gained this week. But this week you can do better! Don't let yourself go to bed until you have eaten enough EVERY DAY! Introduce some rich foods like cakes the anorexia will hate, this will be a victory to Lizzie v Gremlin, and will help with the calories, as well as normal eating - such foods are a normal part of life and one day you will need to accommodate these in place of clinutren - good news is they taste a lot better! Well done again Lizzie. When you feel alone and that the future is black, remember that you are not alone and that we are all behind you and rooting for you, so nail those sandwiches for us!! Mary x
2 days to go, Lizie. Make it a gain again this week - 1 pound at least - you still have time! I remember Hannah mentioning you drinking a large glass of water with meals. This may not be helping digestion. Also, rather than water, why not have something like a J2O Britvic juice drink, they are delicious and will give you about another 250 calories. I agree with cm though that you should not be focused on the calories, it is NOT POSSIBLE for you to get too many at this stage, or for a long way yet!!! Just get as much energy as you can. Mary
